Subscription Plans

What plans are available?

Laxis offers several subscription tiers:

Free Basic features, limited usage $0/month
Pro Full features, higher limits Contact sales
Enterprise Custom limits, dedicated support Contact sales

How do I upgrade my plan?

To upgrade your subscription:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select your new plan
  4. Enter payment details if required
  5. Confirm your upgrade

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Follow the prompts to confirm

Note

Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Debit cards
  • Bank transfers (for annual Enterprise plans)

How do I update my payment method?

To update your payment method:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Payment Methods
  3. Add a new payment method or edit an existing one

Where can I find my invoices?

To access your invoices:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Invoice History
  3. Download or view any invoice

Refunds

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund.

How do I request a refund?

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team at billing@laxis.com
  2. Include your account email and reason for the refund
  3. We'll process your request within 5-7 business days
